We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 business hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less notice — or missed entirely — will incur a $125 fee charged to the card on file.

Medication refill policy

To avoid any interruption in treatment:

  • Please request refills during your scheduled appointments.

  • If needed between visits, you may request a refill through the patient portal or secure messaging system.

  • Refill requests are processed within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • We only refill current, non-controlled medications outside of appointments.
