I am trained to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, and while a medically informed approach is essential and grounded in science, I’ve found that it’s often most effective when combined with holistic, person-centered care. In my clinical experience, blending traditional treatments with practices like mindfulness, body-centered therapies, and cognitive-behavioral techniques leads to more meaningful and lasting outcomes.

After completing my training at Northeastern University, I was drawn to an approach that goes beyond treating symptoms — one that focuses on truly understanding each person’s unique story. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and sleep disturbances. Many come carrying the weight of relationship struggles, low self-esteem, or past trauma. Others are navigating grief, medical illness, or seeking clarity around life’s deeper meaning and purpose. I also support those experiencing emotional overwhelm, compulsive behaviors, and suicidal thoughts. Regardless of the challenge, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and genuinely supportive of each person’s healing journey.

Additionally, I am trained in stress reduction techniques and helping clients cultivate greater self-awareness. A core part of my work involves helping clients better understand the patterns of thinking, feeling, behaving, and relating that contribute to their challenges. By fostering greater self-awareness and equipping individuals with healthier coping skills, I aim to support them in releasing old patterns and moving forward with greater freedom, capacity, and empowerment.
